Interview Structure
Candidates whose applications distinguish themselves from the many we receive each semester will be invited to meet service upper management for a short (approximately 15-20 minute) personal interview. If you choose to apply to several Corp services, it is possible that you’ll be invited to multiple interviews. These provide service upper management a chance to meet applicants face-to-face and learn more about their personality and what they want to get out of a job with The Corp.
What we’re looking for in the interview:
- Someone with a genuine interest in The Corp and a passion for the opportunities the job and the company itself present
- Someone responsible, professional and trustworthy enough to fulfill the requirements of the job
- Someone fun and interesting who looks forward to being part of the home service culture
- Someone who is comfortable working with their peers and will be well-spoken and poised when dealing with The Corp’s customers
