Each year, Students of Georgetown, Inc. (The Corp) offers five $500 Scholarships to offset the cost of textbooks.

• The scholarship is open to freshmen and sophomores.
• This year’s scholarship will be due January 16th, 2012 the first Monday that we have class.
• Applicants must submit a 500 word essay detailing how this scholarship can help them to fulfill their academic aspirations: will it help to subsidize the cost of textbooks, art supplies, cover travel expenses for an independent study trip, etc. Please elaborate on your specific plans.

From coffee to storage, our company is committed to serving the needs of Georgetown students. In recognition of this, we have established a Philanthropy Committee and have become a Federal Work Study Employer. In keeping with our mission, we designate a portion of each year’s profits to sponsoring student events and scholarships.
