The Corp believes that it is in a unique position to serve the Georgetown community by helping to publicize and market campus events and initiatives. Below you will find a form in which you may request Corp marketing services. After filling in this form, you will receive a response from the Corp IT+Marketing Department within a week (please allow us one full week to prepare). A Corp IT+Marketing representative will respond and work with you to determine which types of marketing services will work best for your event. Thank you, and we look forward to working with you.

Register Displays -- If you would like to have an image on the rotating image gallery that displays on the customer billboard of the point-of-sale cash register systems at our services, please provide one image in JPEG (.jpg) format at 1024x768 resolution and under 1MB. We will NOT accept images that fail to meet these specifications. To re-size your image easily, visit this site and custom re-size your image to 1024 pixels wide and 768 pixels high.

        

The Midnight MUG PowerPoint Slide -- If you would like to have a slide in The Midnight MUG PowerPoint presentation that runs on the screen above the cash registers, please provide a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation file with one slide. Please submit only PowerPoint 97-2003 format *.ppt files.
